Stephanie likes to think of herself as a “..good left-wing wacko..” swimming in a sea of right-wing wackos. Stephanie’s radio career includes stops at KABC and KFI in Los Angeles and work in New York and Chicago. She’s also crossed over to the small screen as a host of “I’ve Got A Secret” on Oxygen Network, panelist on PAX’s “Balderdash”, and several guest appearances as the “counterpoint” on CNBC, FOX, NBC, ABC and CNN.
So, what does she know about politics? Stephanie comes to the left after a start on the right. Her late father was a politician… a vice presidential candidate… and a REPUBLICAN. The Barry Goldwater / William E. Miller ticket lost to LBJ in the 1964 race. Stephanie has seen dirty politics used against her family and, in the last presidential race, saw again how little things change. Miller observed “… I think my dad would be appalled at what the Republican party has become.” The irreverent, chaotic and energetic Stephanie Miller is on The Mic.
Before Stephanie was on The Mic, Lee Rayburn had a chance to talk to her in December of 2004.
